We are Forest Stewardship Council® C127832, Chain of Custody, Certified!

ALP has held “Chain of Custody” certification with the Forest Stewardship Council® C127832 for almost one year now. By having chain of custody certification, we can ensure our FSC® C127832 Certified label stock is identified, kept separate from non-certified label stock, and tracked through the entire printing process. This process is needed as to not break the chain of custody for FSC® certified products as they are distributed on to our customers.

The Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) is an independent, not-for-profit, non-government organization established to support environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable management of the world’s forests. FSC® certification is voluntary and their standards can be seen at https://ca.fsc.org/en-ca.

Using FSC® certified products is a step in the right direction for the sustainable forestry industry; however, more needs to be done in terms of the restoration of these ecosystems once they have been logged. Associated Labels and Packaging wishes to take part in these projects in the near future. We look forward to being industry leaders in social and environmental responsibility.
