Label Printing Art Department

Our in-house Art Department uses both Macintosh and PC workstations to produce high end electronic artwork, suitable for flexographic, rotogravure and digital label printing technologies. We utilize state of the art equipment and software, including Adobe CS applications integrated with an EskoArtwork PDF work flow.

Mark Andy Narrow Web Label Printing Facility

Our production facility has a combination of narrow web presses manufactured by the Mark Andy Corporation. Our narrow web presses run in a combination of sizes 10”, 16” and 17” from 6 colors to 10 colours which includes 39 UV stations for total flexibility.

Comco Flexo Gravure Packing Equipment

Equipped with a 26” wide, 11 colour flexo/gravure/laminating Comco Press, our Flexible Packaging Division supplies printed shrink sleeves on an ever-increasing number of facestocks including printed film for horizontal and vertical form fillers, inline bar wrappers clear and metalized, powder and liquid pouches, tea and coffee bags, as well as high shrink film for shrink film applications and shrink sleeves.

HP Indigo Digital Printing

With industry leading technology, such as our HP Indigo Press, we can provide instant proofs and prototypes identical to your final product. Print runs as few as one, or up to 50,000 labels, with fast turnaround time, virtually limitless substrate compatibility and exceptional print quality, we ensures your brands stand out in the market place.

Specialty Label Printing

In addition to our press and finishing power we have offline hot stamping, die and foil printing, peel back label capabilities and shrink film sealing.
