We are looking for a Laminator to join our Production Team full-time!

Summary: The Laminator operates the Simplex and/or Super Combi machines in order to laminate multiple layers of film together and apply coatings to films. The Laminator’s goal is to produce high quality products and meet customer/production requirements.

Primary Responsibilities of the Laminator are:

  • Monitors the Simplex and Super Combi machines during continuous production
  • Maintains product quality that meets the company’s and customer’s standards
  • Sets up the machines in a timely fashion
  • Follows the production schedule for jobs, completes production based on shift averages and documents production results
  • Keeps work area clean and organized and ensures spare parts, tools, test equipment and documents are properly stored and maintained
  • Diligently follows all safety procedures, environmental guidelines and company rules and regulations
  • Follows all safety and food-safe procedures and complies with company policies
  • Performs other related duties and tasks as required to meet the needs of our operations

Required Skills and Abilities for the Laminator are:

  • Ability to work in teams
  • Organization skills
  • Knowledge of how to properly maintain equipment
  • Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work with detailed objects
  • Effective oral communication, and ability to read English and follow written instructions

Hours: Graveyard Shift, Sunday – Thursday, 10:30pm – 6:30am
